It has two double patio doors which opens directly onto the large terraces surrounding the beautiful 'L' shaped heated swimming pool and the open fields to the sea beyond. It has the benefit of an open fireplace and satellite T.V.   The kitchen/breakfast room is large and fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a second fridge, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. Also a coffee machine, juice extractor, and other electrical 'essentials'. The separate utility room is fitted with an automatic washing machine and ironing facilities.     Four bedrooms all feature AIRCONDITIONING (hot & cold). The pool has the optional benefit of a modern heating system (for a small supplementary charge). There are large terraces with a purpose built barbecue for al fresco dining. There are also poolside loungers and a large patio dining table with chairs. The gardens are automatically illuminated and are cared for by Alfredo.
